The Motive Physical Therapy is a small, intentional practice built around one idea: that great clinicians deserve a place where they can actually do great work. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

Why The Motive

Built differently. On purpose.

Most clinics are optimized for throughput. We're optimized for outcomes — and for clinicians who care about the difference.

Fellowship-Trained Leadership

You'll work alongside and be mentored by fellowship-trained clinicians — a credential held by fewer than 1% of physical therapists in the country. Raise your clinical ceiling.

Small Caseload, Undivided Attention

We cap session numbers deliberately. You see fewer patients per day than most clinics — which means more time, better outcomes, and work you're actually proud of.

Culture of Continuing Education

Courses, conferences, manual therapy training — we invest in your growth. If you want to pursue fellowship or residency training, we'll support that path.

Sustainable Schedule

No productivity treadmill. No 90-patient weeks. We built this practice the way we wished our first jobs were — with time to think, treat, and actually make a difference.

Our Philosophy

We believe in treating people, not diagnoses.

Every clinician at The Motive has chosen to be here — not because it was the easiest option, but because it's the right one. We share a belief that musculoskeletal care can be exceptional when it's given the time and attention it deserves.

We're a small team. Everyone's voice matters. You'll have real autonomy in how you treat, and real support when you need it.
