Dr. Alicia Messer

Dr. Alicia Messer is a Tucson native who received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University after earning her Bachelor's in Physiology at The University of Arizona. Alicia has experience working with a wide variety of patient populations including orthopedics, neurological conditions, pediatrics, worker's compensation, geriatrics, and more.

She tailors each session to the patient's needs, understands the importance of listening to each patient, and provides education to empower patients outside of the clinic. Alicia uses a variety of treatment interventions from manual therapy to exercise to body mechanics and more.

Alicia is certified in dry needling, post-concussive rehabilitation, industrial ergonomics and functional capacity evaluations. Her passion is helping people return to their passions — whatever that might be.

Outside of the clinic, Alicia is a mom, wife, dog lover, and professional soccer referee. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking. Alicia lives in Catalina where she and her family appreciate the gorgeous views, plentiful hiking trails, and warm community.
